The founding partners
Chairman of Citwell Group
Guillaume Allemand has over 25 years of experience in customer service consulting, supply chain, and operational performance. Throughout his career, he has led numerous transformation projects in industrial and logistics operations, from diagnostics to supporting the implementation of solutions. Before founding Citwell, Guillaume managed the supply chain of a Pfizer plant and contributed to the growth of life sciences practices at Gemini Consulting and Ineum Consulting.
In 2024, Guillaume took on the role of Chairman of Citwell Group.
CEO of Citwell Group
Antoine Bernard has over 30 years of experience in supply chain management, including roles in operations (as a Supply Chain Director), consulting, and information systems. With a background in engineering, he specializes in supply chain operations management (performance improvement and change management) across the consumer goods, retail, food and beverage, and automotive sectors.
In addition to his role as Managing Director, Antoine is responsible for the development of human resources and information systems at Citwell.
Group Managing Director and CEO of Citwell US
Laurent Penard, a founding partner of Citwell and a graduate of École Centrale, has been in the consulting industry for over 30 years. He started as a consultant with major international firms and founded Citwell in 2004. Alongside his role as the firm’s CFO, Laurent leads diagnostic assessments and supply chain transformation projects for both SMEs and large corporations in the industrial, retail, and service sectors.
In 2024, he decided to focus on expanding Citwell internationally and took on the role of President of Citwell US at the Boston office. He then passed the chairmanship of the group to Guillaume Allemand.

For over 19 years in transformation consulting across both industry and distribution sectors, Anaïs has been guiding leadership teams in designing and managing their transformation projects focused on business models, organizational structures, processes, and supply chain & operations information systems. At Citwell, she leads expertise in Sustainability (including circular economy) and Demand & Planning (including APS and Demand Driven).
She is also a recognized facilitator of change, excelling in cultural and organizational transformation, skill development for teams, and leading executive committees in collective intelligence.

Jean-Pascal joined Citwell in 2007, following three years of operational logistics experience at Decathlon. At Citwell, he has led numerous transformation projects across specialized retail, manufacturing, and luxury sectors. His expertise spans various Supply Chain areas, from strategic planning and scoping to implementation phases.
He is currently the primary contact for all projects at Sanofi, overseeing major Supply Chain programs.

After a career in operations within the industry and services sectors, Stéphane transitioned to consulting in 1998. As a specialist in operational performance and organizational transformation, he helps companies enhance their competitiveness, resilience, and attractiveness in a sustainable way.
He advocates for a vision centered on agility, operational excellence, and unleashing energy.

With 25 years of consulting experience, including international roles, Nicolas has led numerous projects across various industries. His work includes developing and implementing industrial improvement plans, designing industrial and logistical frameworks, Lean Management, and overhauling Supply Chains (streamlining flows, managing processes, and optimizing operations).
He has also spoken at several conferences on topics such as the application of S&OP processes in companies (based on a study conducted in partnership with the French logistics association Aslog), the challenges of industrial and logistical reshoring or regionalization, and the evolution of Customer Service.
Investment Director at Kresk Developpement
Charles Collin, Investment Director at Kresk Developpement, joined Citwell’s Supervisory Board after Citwell decided to restructure its shareholding by welcoming Kresk Developpement as a minority shareholder.
This strategic move allows Citwell to accelerate its growth both in France and internationally, particularly in the United States, while reinforcing its capabilities in areas like digitalization, AI, Big Data, and sustainable development. The partnership aims to leverage Kresk Developpement’s expertise to support Citwell’s expansion and development strategy.
